Abstract Submission
Bildirilerin toplantı web sitesi üzerinden online gönderilmesi tek geçerli bildiri gönderim şeklidir. Sistemden bağımsız olarak e-mail ve posta yoluyla gönderilen bildiriler kabul edilmeyecektir.

Toplantıda sunulacak bildiriler deneysel çalışma, klinik çalışma ve özgün olgu sunumları şeklinde, bilimsel gelişmeye katkıda bulunabilecek özellikte olmalı ve sonuç mesajı vermelidir. İnternet üzerinden gönderilen özetler aynı şekilde basılacağı için yazım hatalarına dikkat edilmesi gerekir. Tüm yazım hatalarından yazarlar sorumludur.
Spelling Rules
- Abstracts will be collected through the online abstract system.
- Academic titles must not be used in author names.
- Names must be written in lower case with only the first letter capitalized.
For example: Mehmet Yılmaz - The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be stated.
For example: Xxxx University Faculty of Medicine, Xxxx Department, Izmir - Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are exceptions.)
For example: Xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx xxx XXX xxxx xxxx - If an abbreviation is used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation should be stated in parentheses.
- In the abstract, the purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated. The findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.
- The abstract should be written using the headings: purpose, method, findings, and conclusion.
- The entire abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title, author's name and surname. 400 kelimeyi geçmemelidir.
Abstracts that do not comply with any of these rules will be disqualified from evaluation, regardless of their content.
Evaluation of Abstracts
- The evaluation of abstracts will be done by the Paper Evaluation Committee.
- The evaluation result will be sent to all submissions as a final letter and will be announced on the website.
- The Scientific Committee has the right to change and decide on presentations as oral and poster presentations.
